This paperless service is provided at a fixed fee per page within 2 weeks.

Clinical Review

A narrative description of events highlighting any significant missing records, factual discrepancies and points of note, and making recommendations based on relevant clinical guidelines and legal principles.

Chronologies

A table-format chronology including relevant past medical history, salient events and entries, and verbatim extracts to enable easy location of key issues within the paginated records. This is accompanied by a Case Summary.

£60 per hour

Liability Reports

We understand that finding the right expert can be difficult, in particular for potentially high value birth injury claims. We can prepare screening reports as well as court compliant reports and would be happy to discuss what would be best for you on a case-by-case basis.
