We are an expectation of registered, practicing midwives with in excess of 80 collective years in the NHS.  

Despite birth injury cases being among the most complex and potentially highest value, there was an absence of a specialist team for the provision of specialised services in these cases including sorting and pagination, screening/case reviews and chronologies, and liability reports.

Enhanced by our combined experience with RCAs, SIRs, NHS Resolution, ENS, and HSIB, as well as risk management, CQC and auditing, we set up Medicolegal Midwives; the only provider of exclusively birth injury claim related services.
